Privacy Policy
Veridominus is designed to minimize data handling. This policy explains what the app and website do with your information, and what they do not do.
Overview
Veridominus is a local-first macOS application for Jamf Pro administrators. Normal product operation does not include a Veridominus cloud service, analytics pipeline, or developer-run Jamf data processing layer.
Data we do not collect
- Personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or IP address
- Usage analytics or behavior tracking
- Advertising identifiers
- Crash reports sent to developer-controlled services
- Jamf Pro inventory, policy, profile, or script data transmitted to our servers
Jamf credentials
Jamf API credentials you add in Veridominus are stored in the macOS Keychain. They are not written to plain-text configuration files and are not sent to Veridominus-operated servers.
Jamf data
Veridominus connects directly from your Mac to your Jamf Pro environment. Data retrieved from Jamf is used locally for the workflows you invoke. Local caches or saved workflow state may be stored on your Mac to improve performance and preserve follow-up state, but that data is not transmitted to us.
Local storage
Depending on the workflow, Veridominus may store server profiles, local caches, scan history, Workbench items, and app preferences on the Mac. This storage is local to your machine and is not synchronized to a Veridominus backend service.
Website privacy
The public Veridominus website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies as part of normal operation.
Billing
Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store. We do not receive or store payment card information. Apple’s billing and privacy terms govern subscription billing.
